Christophe Germain obtained his Swiss law degree in 1993, after having clerked with Me Denis Oswald, former President of the Neuchatel Bar.  At year-end 1993, he joined the Swiss fiduciary Fiduconsult SA as legal advisor and was then named head of its Neuchatel branch office as well as head of legal for French-speaking Switzerland.  In April 2000, he joined UBS as legal advisor for Private Banking in French-speaking Switzerland, and in September 2000, was named head of the Legal Department at Banque Ferrier Lullin & Cie, Geneva, and member of Management. He left the Bank in the last quarter of 2006, to join 1875 Finance SA as Head of the Legal Department.
